While most were watching Tiger King during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mara was busy getting a head start on her marketing career with a real estate internship that opened her eyes to the industry–and the magic of a good property listing. After graduating, she snagged a spot at another local real estate firm, where she honed her marketing skills, working closely with multiple agents and the brokerage to execute marketing campaigns and content.

Mara attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Davenport University, where she graduated with an associate’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing and Promotion. Now, she spends her days whipping up impressive designs and forcing her coworkers into impromptu photoshoots.

Born and raised in Portage, Mara has deep roots in the community and continues to reside there with her pets, Benji and Cheeto. And when she’s off the clock? You’ll find her running (probably away from an awkward networking event), painting, and hanging out with her friends and family.
