Jeff’s real estate journey began in 1977 at his family’s business in Muskegon, where he spearheaded the commercial division. By 1979, he was making big moves in Chicago with Previews, Inc., the nation’s largest resort property brokerage at the time, leading their Select Sales Program nationwide. In 1989, Jeff brought his talents to Kalamazoo, joining The Hinman Company as Director of Marketing and Leasing, where he kept occupancy rates soaring above 90% for a decade.

Since joining Signature Associates in 2007, Jeff has become an industrial real estate powerhouse, working on deals for over a million square feet of space and handling everything from site selection to closings. His client list reads like an all-star roster, featuring names like Stryker, Allied Waste, and Kaiser Aluminum.

Off the clock, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, or chasing his grandkids around–his favorite “projects” of all. A former wide receiver for the University of Illinois, Jeff racked up 671 yards with the Illini and still brings that same energy to the office (minus the shoulder pads).
