Carolyn has over 10 years of experience in office management, construction, construction management, and property insurance claim negotiation.

 Carolyn was studying at the Art Institute-Chicago when she was presented with an opportunity to open her own general contracting company specializing in insurance claim restoration for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.  She became a licensed Public Adjuster in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Colorado.  She ran a successful Public Adjusting Firm as well as a General Contracting company based in Chicago, Illinois.  After spending 10 years in Chicago, Carolyn made a life change to come back to her roots in the Kalamazoo area.

​Carolyn moved back to the Kalamazoo area in 2018 to be closer to her family.  In addition to working as the office manager, she is also studying at Kalamazoo Valley with plans to complete her bachelor’s degree in Business from Western Michigan University.  In her free time, Carolyn enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family and her two dogs.
