Brian’s career started at 13, hauling hay and wrangling farm work. After high school, he traded in tractors for toolbelts and has since done it all: condo maintenance, apartment upkeep, residential remodeling, commercial construction–you name it. He joined KCRE as a subcontractor and, lucky for us, stuck around full-time. Brian says we’re “good people,” and we’ll take that as a compliment (especially coming from him).

As Project Manager, Brian’s days are a mix of “babysitting” (his words, not ours) and construction magic. He’s the one who tells the team what’s on the agenda and keeps everyone in line, usually with a well-timed sarcastic quip and a no-nonsense approach. But beneath the quick comebacks is a big heart and someone who truly enjoys working with the people he likes.

When Brian’s off the clock, he’s all about the outdoors–hunting, fishing, boating, and camping–or cheering on his kids, Connor and Cynthia, at their sports games. He calls Eaton Rapids home, where he lives with his wife, Jessica, and their dog, Kyra.
