923 SOUTH BURDICK STREET is a mixed-use brick building built in the early 1900s, featuring first-floor commercial space with two second-floor loft apartments. We undertook a full renovation of the property, transforming the entire first floor into office space and updating the apartments with modern finishes. The property sits just one block from Bronson Hospital and was one of our very first projects.
