501-505 WEST WILLARD STREET was previously home to the Metro Night Club and 411 Blues Bar. Its walking distance proximity to Downtown Kalamazoo, wildly unique layout, ample onsite parking, and desperate need for some TLC made this 12,500 SF building the perfect canvas for a KCRE redevelopment. We partnered with Rhino Media Group to plan the perfect remodel, transforming the space from night club to high end office space. Rhino’s new office now features two large studio spaces, a screening room to showcase their video productions, open format and private offices, conference room and meeting spaces, a 1950’s diner kitchen and lounge, and a large private patio. We enjoyed the project so much that we renovated the remaining space in the building and moved KCRE’s offices here!
