4239 SOUTH WESTNEDGE AVENUE was purchased by us in 2019 as part of a build-to-suit partnership with the Community Action Agency or Southwest Michigan. Community Action was seeking a local headquarters for their regional offices but preferred leasing over buying a property. They needed a single tenant building and found nothing suitable on the market. We acquired this building that they identified as a potential fit and renovated it precisely to meet their needs.
